The fastest way to reach the Bloblokin team for anything is email: support@bloblokin.com
What to write us about
- Support & bugs: something broken, a game that ended strangely, an item or reward that didn't arrive. Please include your player name and roughly when it happened.
- Account help: most of it is self-service now: “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen resets your password with an emailed code, and a signed-in account with a verified email can change its password and email from the Account screen. Email us when self-service can't help, your account's email was never verified, you no longer control that address, or our codes never arrive (check spam first!). Include your player name.
- Privacy requests: ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we hold.
- Player reports: the fastest route for reporting a player is the in-game report button after a match; it files the report with full context. Email works too for anything the button can't express.
- Copyright & IP complaints: if you believe content in Bloblokin infringes your intellectual-property rights, email us with the specifics (what, where, and proof of ownership) and we will review it promptly.
- Business & press: partnerships, advertising, events, content creation, or anything else.
Help us reproduce it
Most bug reports we cannot act on are missing the one detail that would let us reproduce the problem. If something went wrong in a game, the following turns “it broke” into something we can actually chase down:
- Your player name and roughly when it happened, including your time zone. Matches are logged, so a name and a time is usually enough for us to find the exact game.
- Which mode you were in (Marathon, a ranked duel, a five-player rumble, an item match, a private lobby) and whether you were playing online or offline.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. These are genuinely different pieces of information, and the gap between them is usually where the bug lives.
- Your browser and version, and whether you were on a desktop, a laptop or a tablet. A surprising number of problems are specific to one browser.
- A screenshot, if the problem was something you could see. For a visual glitch it is worth more than a paragraph.
- Whether it happened once or every time, and if every time, the steps that trigger it.
Before you write
Some questions have faster answers than we can send by email. The FAQ covers accounts, Droplets, ranked play and what happens when a match is interrupted. The guides document the rules the game actually runs on (scoring, attack values, the gravity curve at every level, what each item does) so if you are writing to ask whether something is a bug or intended behaviour, the answer may already be written down there.
Response times
We are a small team, so please allow a few business days. Account and privacy requests are prioritized. We read every message, but we cannot promise an individual reply to general feedback and suggestions; they do get read, and they do shape what we build next.
