Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Bloblokin.

These terms are an agreement between you and Bloblokin covering your use of the game and its services. By playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bloblokin.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher). If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

  • One person per account. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Player names must not impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or contain offensive content. We may rename or remove violating names.
  • Guest identities are provided for convenience and may be removed after extended inactivity (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • use bots, macros, input automation, or any assistance software in online play;
  • exploit bugs for advantage (report them instead; we are grateful);
  • manipulate ratings (win-trading, deliberate losing, smurfing to farm), attack or overload our servers, or probe them for vulnerabilities;
  • block, hide, or circumvent the advertising that funds the game, or generate artificial ad views;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

Online games run on an authoritative server with automated fairness checks. We may investigate, adjust ratings, remove virtual items, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.

4. Droplets, virtual items & advertising

  • Droplets, themes, battle-item uses, and every other in-game item are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use features of the game, not property, and they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out or transferred between accounts.
  • Droplets are earned by playing and, optionally, by watching rewarded ads. They are not exchangeable for money.
  • The game is funded by advertising served by our advertising partners. Rewarded ads are always your choice; other ad placements are part of the service.
  • We may rebalance prices, earn rates, or item behavior as the game evolves; fair play is never for sale.

5. Your content

Player names and anything else you contribute must be yours to give and must follow these terms. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display them as part of operating the game (for example, on leaderboards, in match rosters, and in replays).

6. Our content

The game, including its code, art, names, characters, music, and design, belongs to Bloblokin and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play. You may stream and create videos of your play with attribution; that's encouraged.

7. Availability & changes

Bloblokin is in active development and provided as a live service: features may change, be rebalanced, or be removed; maintenance and outages happen; and we may discontinue the service. During this early period an update may occasionally require resetting game data: accounts, progress, ratings, Droplets, and virtual items included. Where reasonably possible we announce significant changes and resets in advance through the in-game mailbox and, if you are subscribed to service announcements, by email.

8. Termination

You may stop playing (and request account deletion) at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with the loss of associated virtual items and progress. Where the breach is curable, we will normally warn first.

9. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloblokin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to CAD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and announce it in the in-game mailbox. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
